What Every Service Includes

These prices cover the servicing and repair of the movement of most watches in most cases. This includes full internal teardown, ultrasonic cleaning of all parts, new Moebius lubricants, new gaskets, demagnetizing, and tuning. If needed, this includes a new mainspring, hairspring, and many parts associated with normal use and wear of the internal movement. Most units generally do not require new parts — original parts are usually preferred as they have worn in with the other parts over the life of the watch.

Additional Repairs: If the unit is damaged, deeply marked, corroded, or showing excessive wear, a new quote will be sent to authorize additional repair costs. Examples include the watch band, crystal face, crown, winding stem, or backplate. If authorized, the work will be performed as agreed, but there may be a delay if parts need to be ordered.

Sentimental Value & Special Care

Some watches have immense sentimental value that cannot be measured in money. If your customer's timepiece requires special care or handling, please note this on the intake form. We treat every watch as if it were our own.

Net-30 Terms: Available for higher-volume repeat clients upon request and approval. Minimum monthly quantities apply. Reach out directly to discuss establishing a service partnership.
